A new cookbook is coming out in early September, called Delicious Diabetes Recipes, by Rani Polak. It has smart cooking techniques and advice on family meals everyone can enjoy, along with savory desserts as well. The book also contains the current American Diabetes Association Exchange Charts and info on carb counting and new methods to manage blood glucose levels, with portion size management and balancing carbs, protein and fat. There’s also food suggestions of children…which can be very helpful with picky eaters. I was wondering if there was nay way you could advertise this helpful book to get the word out to many others.
