The manor is located near the Dudergofsky hills and the source of the Vereva River. Manor was built for the Demidov’s daughter (who had tuberculosis) in the 70s of the XVIII century. The main compositional and artistic dominant of the Demidov’s manor is the master’s house built according to the project of the architect I.E. Starov.

The Babolovsky park was founded in the XVIII century and covers an area of 268.6 hectares.
The Military Chamber located on the Farm Road in Pushkin. Chamber was built in 1913-1917 according to the project of S.Yu. Sidorchuk in the Neo-Russian style. Today in the building houses located Museum of the First World War.

Shuvalovsky park – the former estate of the Counts Shuvalov situated in Pargolovo, north of St. Petersburg. The modern layout of the park was made in 1820 by the order of Countess VP Shuvalova.

Life and work of Alexander Pushkin is closely associated with St. Petersburg. There has passed a youth of the great poet and the most mature years of his life and work. Tragic death of Pushkin occurred on January 27 (8 February) 1837 in St. Petersburg, on the left bank of the Black River (now Kolomyazhsky Avenue).

With the introduction of iron as a building material, in the beginning of the nineteenth century, bridge construction in St. Petersburg entered a new phase. The first cast-iron city-type bridge appeared in 1806, at the intersection of Nevsky Prospekt and the Moika. In those days it was called the Green or Police Bridge.
