Mission of the John the Theologian Cheremenets Monastery

Mission of the John the Theologian Cheremenets Monastery - the former mission of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra, the territory for which in 1714 Peter I granted to the Alexander Nevsky Monastery. In 2001 the building was returned to the Church and it was granted to the Mission of the St. John the Theologian Cheremenets Monastery.

The five-domed church was built in 1861-1864 by the project of the diocesan architect G.I. Karpov in the style of Russian churches of the 17th century.
