Fort Krasnaya Gorka (Alekseevsky) is one of the two forts of the Kronstadt position of the Sea Fortress of Peter the Great. The construction of the fort was started in 1909 at the same time as Fort Ino (Nikolayevsky). The fort start working in early 1914.

Hospital of the Community of Sisters of Mercy of St. George is located near the Krasnoe Selo on Orehovaya Mountain. The building in the Art Nouveau style was built in 1900-1902 according to the project of the architect Grigory Ippolitovich Lyutsedar.
At the behest of Empress Anna Ioannovna in 1733 in Krasnoye Selo the built of a stone church began. The project was carried out by I. Ya. Blank, a disciple of M.G. Zemtsov.
The wooden palace, located in the Palace Park of the Krasnoye Selo, was built in 1827-1828 by architect Dildin.

With the introduction of iron as a building material, in the beginning of the nineteenth century, bridge construction in St. Petersburg entered a new phase. The first cast-iron city-type bridge appeared in 1806, at the intersection of Nevsky Prospekt and the Moika. In those days it was called the Green or Police Bridge.
